Some people argue that cars are one of the most disastrous inventions of 20th century, as it has //a// NR devastating effects like pollution and health hazards, etc. Moreover, being/ CARS ARE responsible for the millions of casualities through road accidents. In my opinion, cars are the major factor of / IN causing pollution COMMA health probelms and deaths on the roads.
Although cars are considered as a comfort to //the// mankind, it has //a// devastating effects on the environment.
Cars are one of the major vehicles that produce AN enormous amount of pollution in cities. In other words,
these four-wheel vehicles causes / CAUSE air pollution by producing carbon monoxide, which is dangerous
for the ecosystem. What is more, these vehicles not only cause air pollution, but also increases noise
pollution, which causes health issues like deafness in many children.

Another rEason for cars being a disaster is that it causes many road accidents that are dangerous for/ TO
human life. For example, in UK cars are considered as a death serving agent in a recent data released by the
Traffic Police. Due to the latest technology, cars are available with high speed engines, which are responsible
for deaths of new young drivers and other people on the road.
The final reason for cars being a danger for the society is that it also causes traffic congestion
on the roads. These congestions are big challenges for //the// traffic police to solve. Moreover, it also
actS as a barrier for emergency vehicles like ambulance, which may result in patient’s death due to
unabling/THE INABILITY to reach the hospital on time.
In conclusion, it can be said that cars are having a detrimental effects on the cities as they are
dangereous in respect of pollution that adversly affects environment and also causes casualities
through road accidents and increases traffic congestions.
